PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, Online Bank Transfer, and PayPal payments. We do not accept Discover cards, checks, or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

 

After the purchase of your order, Kabbalou will send you by email a written Confirmation of Order and separately, a receipt of purchase. The written Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by Kabbalou and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Kabbalou offers worldwide free shipping. Orders over $1,000 require a signature, please make sure you, or someone you designate, are available to sign for the delivery as you are solely responsible for the acceptance. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by Kabbalou and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.

 

In-stock items are shipped within 1 business day and will arrive depending on your country. See the average arrival time per country below. Other items will be handcrafted when the item is ordered, if this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. 

 

Europe takes 1-2 working days.

Australia takes 5-10 working days.

Russia takes 7-15 working days (We currently ship only with EMS).

For the rest of the world, it takes around 3-5 working days.

 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.   

 

Kabbalou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. 

Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take 1-3 weeks to ship. If you order other items in addition to a made-to-order or personalized item, they will all ship together.

 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund, if applicable, within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

 

To make a return, email info@kabbalou.com for a Return Authorization. Please make sure to include the reason for your return, your order number, and your full name. Returns that did not receive a reason for returns, may not be accepted and will in that case be returned to the sender. 

 

Products may be returned to the Kabbalou at the following address: Kabbalou by Pepe Soomers, Christou Vournazou 23, 11521 Athens, Greece,

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by FedEx or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as a tracking number for your package. 

 

Returns must be in an unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. No refunds or store credit will be issued for products returned in a used or damaged condition.

 

Please note All Sales, Personalized Orders, and Custom Pieces are considered final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.

 

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.
 

The Customer must keep proof of return shipment and the tracking number, and Kabbalou accepts no liability if such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by Kabbalou will be eligible for a refund or exchange. Upon receiving a return, Kabbalou will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for a full refund, if applicable.


Kabbalou.com reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

 

Defective products

 

Kabbalou is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic.

If nevertheless, you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to Kabbalou following the return policy. Upon receipt, Kabbalou may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged because of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

 

If your product is declared as defective, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer, as applicable:

  1. Kabbalou may send you the same product in the same size, subject to availability,

  2. Kabbalou may propose an exchange for another product of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted, and you will be required to pay only the difference, or only you, as the customer, may request a refund of the full price of your initial purchase.
